The sounds
We started in Dusky sound and worked our way thru Doubtful and then Milford Sound. There was rain and mist and some fog most of the day. We enjoyed the beauty.

The photo's don't really do them justice you need the sound too. Darren is working on the movie and it is so much more realistic. It is really amazing how much fresh water comes down from the rainfall here. They say the top layer of water is fresh and then it becomes salty underneath in the inlets. very interesting.
