A friend of mine shared this recipe with me! Thanks Kelli these are great:)
I am posting the recipe so you and your family can enjoy some yummy rolls too.
OVERNIGHT ROLLS
Kelli Van Pinxteren
Preheat oven to: 400 degrees.
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 cup water (warm)
3 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
5 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine(softened, not melted) I used butter
Mix all ingredients together. Refridgerate overnight. take dough out 4 hours ahead of baking time. Roll out into desired shapes, let rise. Bake 12 minutes.
I made up some cinnamon rolls in the morning and the rest into clover rolls. They were both very good.
Let me know how yours turn out:)
