Last night was our annual Stake Fall activity for the youth. They hold it out on a farm where the youth go on a hay ride, eat chili dogs and baked potatoes. This years activity included the viewing of video's made by each ward on each of the standards found in the "For The Strength of Youth" Booklet.
This one was a fun idea I found Here. These are fast and can be used to decorate your place settings for Thanksgiving. They are just right for finger puppet fun and they will fit in the small spaces.
My 2nd I-SPY blocks all ready to go. I thought it would be so much more fun to pick from 400 squares so I joined another swap this month. I think I will wait until January before I start my actual quilt though.
This skirt was a pair of LL Bean Pants that I purchased from Goodwill a few years ago and never really used them much. I loved the pockets and thought maybe I should try a redo into a skirt. It was very simple I hope it fits.
My first attempt sewing with Minkee fabric. I love the silky smooth feel of this blanket. I hope Bennett does too.
