Last night was our annual Stake Fall activity for the youth. They hold it out on a farm where the youth go on a hay ride, eat chili dogs and baked potatoes. This years activity included the viewing of video's made by each ward on each of the standards found in the "For The Strength of Youth" Booklet.

Stake Sports Day
A beautiful day for the Youth Sports Day! Held at a park on the Navel Weapons Station. While there a Navy couple exchanged vows and we became the reception.

Brother Powell is always there when you need him, he is not always in the sun though!

The weather was so nice that after I got home I let Kirra and Rusty out to play while I looked for some more signs of spring.

Stake Roadshow 2008 (24hr)
So we met at the Williams home at 6:00pm on Friday night to get our topic! Which were all taken from the "For the Strength of Youth" our's was "Gratitude".
The Youth came up with their own script with a little help from the leaders. Brother and Sister Williams fixed a wonderful dinner! We went home and met at 2:00pm on Sat. to tweek and practice. We were the first slot and needed to set up our props. so, after a quick dinner we met at the Stake Center.
