Independence Day Weekend 2011

Bennett is now 7 months old and he loves to knock over block towers! He enjoys trying to balance while standing up and he loves to watch his favorite video with "Old Mac Donald" on it!
We started our Independence Day at a yummy Pancake Breakfast and then out to the Gahagan Ball Fields for some Softball!

YW Combined Pumpkin Carving

The Young Women wanted to go to the Corn Maze again. The one we have visited in the past is not opened this year and the others would be to much travel time on a school night. So the next best thing was PUMPKIN CARVING! So here are a few pictures of the fun that was had.

The Northeast National Day of Service

I was asked to take photographs of the work and workers who participated in the Day of service. It was a perfectly beautiful day for the project so there are a lot of pictures.

Members of all ages came to participate in the day!
After the work was finished we were treated to some grilled burgers!
