Softball with a watery twist!

The Laurel's were in charge of this fun activity! Everyone had a great time! The little baby pools survived and so did the slip-N-slide. Everyone who wanted too got drenched and those who didn't stayed dry:)

Tuesday Update

This week I started and finished this cute envelope purse by Lion Brand

It was an easy pattern to follow, it didn't take too, too long. I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn in Light Blue.
I did figure out how to attach all of my quilt pieces to the frame and am working on it a little each day. I have 3 rows finished so far. Only 6 more to go!

My little garden continues to grow!
I have a single small cherry tomato now!!

High Adventure part 2.

These pictures were taken using disposable water proof film camera's. I am so happy to have pictures and think these give you a little idea of how much the boy's enjoyed their adventure. Darren and Bishop Cunningham rode in the kayaks.

And They are off!

This morning Darren and I ran around purchasing the food and drinks for the Oakbrook Priest High Adventure. They are traveling about 4 hours west to the Smokey Mountains in TN. Where they will hike, camp and river raft for the next 3 day's. I hope they remember to take a few pictures during all the adventures they have so I can post some in a few days.

Tuesday Update

My first Crocheted wash cloth. The pattern is from Lion Brand. I did not use the yarn they called for so I did not do as many rounds as they called for. I like this pattern and will try it again. Maybe one of these will end up as blog candy:)
I started a small patch quilt.
I used scrap materials that I have had on hand for some time.
I have been seeing borders on a lot of your quilts that you have been posting on your blogs! I am not to original!!!
Ready to be attached to the quilt frame, if only I could remember how to do it!!! Any help is welcome!!!
These seedlings are kinda crazy!
